Fall 2016 Grantee Recognition Ceremony

On January 26, 2017, the Community Foundation held a Grantee Recognition Ceremony to celebrate the twelve agencies that were approved for grants this past fall. Guests included staff, board members and other representatives of the awarded agencies. Also in attendance were staff and board members of the Community Foundation, and other community partners, including Batavia Mayor Jeff Schielke. The event was held at Water Street Studios in Batavia.

The following twelve agencies were awarded a total of $131,604.00 in grants this past fall:

A community foundation is a donor-driven organization that helps donors custom-design funds that reflect their charitable interests. Through the years, grants from these funds have made a significant impact on our local communities.
