Fox Valley Volunteer Hospice has received a capital improvement grant from the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley. The grant, in the amount of $6,000, is designated for roof and parking lot repairs. FVVH, a nonprofit organization, designed and built its current facility in 1994.
FVVH is dedicated to serving those with life-threatening illnesses and those who have lost loved ones, serving all of Kane and Kendall counties, and parts of DuPage, Cook and McHenry counties. All services are provided free of charge. For more information, see www.fvvh.org.
