This endowment provides scholarships for students graduating from East Aurora or West Aurora High School for attendance at a Lutheran affiliated college or university.
The fund was established by a bequest received from the estate of Mrs. Hoffman who died in 1979, a year after her husband’s death.
The couple owned and operated a farm in North Aurora for most of their lives.
They were members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Aurora.
