In Memoriam: Patricia Ring

Patricia Frances Ring, age 79, of Aurora IL, has peacefully passed away in her home the morning of January 6th 2021.

Patricia was born September 29, 1941 in Elmhurst, IL the daughter of the late Frances K. Budny-Lang nee Pawela and Joseph Budny.

Pat will be remembered as a loving and kind person. She loved reading and often created blankets and other crafts that she would give to family, friends and anyone in need. She was a secretary for the West Aurora school district for many years and would keep in touch with many of her coworkers. She touched the lives of many students over her career. After retiring she enjoyed traveling and entertaining by her pool. Many will miss the hours of card games and soaking up rays with her at her pool, where she welcomed everyone.

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Joseph and Frances Budny, her beloved husband Donald Ring, step father Ewald Lang and brother Richard (Carolyn, surviving) Budny.

Pat is survived by her two daughters, Linda (Scott) Jordan and Donna (Eric) Miller. Also survived by her five grandchildren Ronne Miller, Allyson Miller, Marissa (Jason) Jordan-Lenz, Joseph Miller, Teagan Jordan and two brothers; James (Janice) Budny and John (Josephine) Budny.
