Ruby M. Frank (1920-2009), our former chairman of the board, passed away on April 10, 2009.
Mrs. Frank was born in McClusky, North Dakota. She attended Mankato College in Minnesota.
In 1953, Mrs. Frank moved to St. Charles, Illinois with her husband, Bob, whom she married in 1944.
In 1957, she founded Frank’s Employment in St. Charles. She worked in the family business for forty-six years until her retirement in 2003.
There’s no question in my mind that the scholarship I received opened up possibilities.
