The Charles and Betty Gilmore Endowment Fund was established in 2023. Charles and Betty were lifelong residents and career educators in West Aurora District 129. During their time as educators, they saw firsthand the impact of public education on their community. This fund was established to support the philanthropic endeavors of Charles and Betty and will support the A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools.
We chose the Community Foundation because of its reputation. It’s well known, established and we can trust them to do the job for us.
