This fund was created in 2014 by the Board of Trustees of the Aurora Historical Society in Aurora, Illinois to honor Executive Director John R. Jaros for 30 years of dedicated service to the Historical Society and the Aurora community.

The Aurora Historical Society will benefit from this fund by receiving support for purposes such as programs, events, publications, video and audio recordings, restorations and renovations, acquisitions, furnishings and equipment.
