We are saddened and disturbed by the horrific mass shooting at the Highland Park Independence Day Parade.
If you would like to provide financial support for the families impacted, our colleagues at The Lake County Community Foundation have created the Highland Park Community Foundation’s July 4 Shooting Response Fund to directly assist those impacted as well as the Lake County Community Foundation Crisis Relief Fund which is a permanent fund that is activated in times of emergencies.
…you can always start small, even $25 can make a difference. Remember we can’t take our money with us. Even if it’s just your gift of time. Volunteer and get involved.
